Michele De Bastiani

Michele De Bastiani is a Research Scientist that dedicated his career in studying and developing advanced technologies for photovoltaics applications. In his 10+ years of experiences, he has covered both emerging technologies, (like organic, perovskite, and tandem solar cells) and more industrially mature technologies, such as the silicon heterojunction. He is currently interested in exploring the potential of perovskite solar cells within the current photovoltaic scenario, from both the efficiency and stability perspectives. He co-authored more than fifty peer-reviewed publications, founded a start-up for the manufacturing of foldable solar modules, filed two patents, and submitted ten more.
